Job Title: Associate Director – Head of Sales
Location: Primarily based at the client’s headquarters in West Yorkshire, with travel across the UK and the option to work from home one day per week.
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum, plus up to 150% performance-based bonus.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead a team of sales professionals and drive their expansion in the UK commercial vehicle market. This role involves a combination of sales leadership, strategy development, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will manage key relationships with the largest commercial vehicle fleets in the UK, representing the needs of their fleet customers internally while helping shape the company’s business plan during an exciting growth phase. They will work closely with the Business Development Director and a broader commercial team to deliver sales strategies that align with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key commercial vehicle fleets in the UK using a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and manage partnerships with OEMs, dealers, and leasing companies to drive sales.
- Lead the sales team, including hiring, setting objectives, and managing KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Director to secure customer contracts ahead of new station openings.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s business plan and sales strategy.
- Manage event attendance budgets for key industry conferences and events.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials and customer engagement content.
- Ensure accurate reporting of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- At least seven years of experience in business development, lead generation, marketing, or sales.
- Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales performance.
- Right to work in the UK.
