Job Overview:

Manage a team of design engineers and technical specialists, providing electrical design services (LV-132kV) for Major Projects and Customer Networks. Ensure smooth design approval and construction processes, communicate with stakeholders, and assist with audits. Support business development, tendering, and construction efforts.

Main Duties:

Lead and manage design teams, monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks. Report progress, guide customers through the design process, and ensure compliance. Foster continuous improvement, oversee team training, and attend meetings. Secure technical quotes and manage relationships with clients and network operators.

A highly mobile, motivated individual with practical experience in electrical network design (LV-132kV), capable of managing teams and working under pressure. Strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Level 4 (HNC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design standards and procedures (LV-132kV).
• Experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to motivate staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and managing stakeholder relationships.
